GalSol Cookies & Local Storage Policy
How GalSol uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our platform.
This Cookie Policy explains how GalSol uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to ensure the platform functions securely.
1 What We Use
GalSol uses Local Storage and strictly necessary cookies to ensure the platform functions securely. We do not use invasive, cross-site tracking cookies.
2 Essential Technologies
- Authentication Tokens: We store a secure JSON Web Token (JWT) in your browser's Local Storage to maintain your session after you log in via Google OAuth.
- Security & State: We use local storage to remember your UI preferences (like sidebar state) and temporarily cache your dashboard statistics to reduce loading times.
3 Third-Party Cookies
- • Google OAuth: During the login process, Google will place authentication cookies on your browser. These are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
- • Analytics: If a Creator attaches a Google Analytics (GA4) ID to their published GalSol Mini Site, Google Analytics will place cookies on the site visitor's browser to track aggregated traffic.
4 Managing Your Storage
You can clear your Local Storage and cookies at any time through your browser settings. Please note that clearing Local Storage will immediately log you out of the GalSol workspace.
