A plan is bought once for an event and applies to everyone you invite to it — your committee does not each need their own subscription. Daily certificate and email counts reset at midnight IST. Email limits send through your own Gmail account and stay within Google's own sending caps.

Before you upgrade

Does my whole team need to pay?
No. One plan covers the event, and everyone you add as a collaborator or committee member works under it. On a committee of eight, Pro works out to about ₹37 a head.
Can I try the Pro design options before paying?
Yes. Free accounts can build with every premium layout, gradient and loading screen in the mini-site editor and see exactly how the site looks. Those sections carry a crown, and you upgrade when you are ready to publish.
What happens when my plan ends?
Nothing is deleted. Your account returns to the Free limits, and anything built with Pro features stays saved until you renew.
Will I be charged again automatically?
No. Every plan is a single payment for a fixed period — one month, three months or a year — and it simply ends when that period is up. We do not store your card, there is no auto-renewal and there is nothing to cancel. Most fests only need a plan for the weeks they are running.
What counts as AI usage?
One monthly budget shared across every AI feature — Gal Studio, Prime Site, and the assistants inside Mini Site, Forms, Analytics and Event Planner. Pro Max carries five times Pro's budget. You can watch what is left under Settings › Usage.
